How do I pay?
I accept payment via PayPal. If you have never used PayPal
before it is very easy to sign up to, and it doesn’t cost you anything. It is a
secure method of payment that allows you to pay via credit card or bank
transfer (pretty much the same way as you would with a Visa debit card). You
don’t need to be a member or have signed up in advance to use PayPal for the
first time.
If
you want to pay by cheque, please email me in advance with the details
of your intended purchase which I will then reserve for you. Items will
not be posted out until payment has cleared - usually between 5 and 7
days.
How much is the P&P?
Posting and packaging for all items is £3.00. Items will be
sent via Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.
If you buy more than one item, P&P will still only be £3.00 for all the items combined. If you would prefer to have your jewellery sent to you via Special Delivery, which is the only insured method of sending jewellery in the post, then please email for details.
For
posting overseas, all items will be sent via International Signed For and will cost £6.50. This also requires a signature upon receipt. Please email me in advance of you purchasing an item so that I can send you a revised invoice. If you have already paid for the item, I will send you a revised invoice for the remaining postage cost which must be paid before the item is sent out to you.
Every piece of jewellery will be carefully wrapped in tissue
paper and presented in a little organza bag or gift box.

When will I receive my purchase?
I aim to send out your purchases within 48 hours of payment
being received – it is usually within 24 hours. I post items out from Monday –
Friday inclusive.
What about my Data Protection?
I am passionate about Data Protection! Because of the
payment system I use, I do not see any of your payment/credit details. With
regard to your email address and personal data, I will never pass it onto any
third party. Ever.
What about refunds & returns?
I understand that sometimes, no matter how good a photograph and a description can be, that a new piece of jewellery doesn't feel quite right on you. I do accept returns, but in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any items must be returned to me within 7 days.
If you need to send an
item back to me, please email in advance as a courtesy and ensure that
the item is sent via a trackable method of
posting e.g. Recorded Delivery. You will then be issued a refund minus the return postage costs. Please note that this does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons.
I appreciate that, occasionally, items do break through
general wear and tear and I offer a free repair service for replacing links,
clasps etc. However, as many of my items of jewellery have glass components and
are made up of limited edition or unique items then I might not always be able to replace
a fractured or broken bead.
