So who is Kanina?      

I’ve been making jewellery for eight years. I’ve always been artistically oriented but my jewellery making business grew out of my inability to find quality costume jewellery in the shops that didn’t break after a week, turn your skin green and that wasn’t being worn by everyone else.

All of my jewellery is made with sterling silver – not silver plate or silver tone.

I source my materials from around the world and use only the very best that I can find. All of the lampwork beads I use are unique, having been handmade in limited edition sets here in the UK. I will only sell what I would be happy to receive myself and would rather take something apart and start again than sell second rate jewellery. I believe in making unique items of jewellery that are designed to last.

The majority of my work is commission based and recently my client list has included Coleen Nolan who is wearing some of my jewellery in the current Iceland TV advertising campaign.
